A WORLD-LEADING RESOURCE IN SPINAL DIAGNOSIS AND SURGERY

A growing problem

In recent years, medical professionals have become increasingly aware that back pain can stem from the nerves rather than the discs, and that the sources and mechanisms of back pain are poorly understood. It is against this background that The Spinal Foundation has, over the last 20 years, helped to pioneer a revolution in diagnosis and treatment that is now practised by over 600 surgeons world-wide.

An effective solution

Today’s modern lifestyles mean that the muscles in the back do not work as nature intended. In view of this, The Spinal Foundation works closely with muscle balance physiotherapists to correct postural and related problems without resorting to surgery wherever possible. Where surgery is inevitable, The Spinal Foundation techniques offer many significant advantages over conventional spinal interventions.
