Hi Jenny.
 
Well here I am ....7 weeks post surgery....and pain free!!!!!!!!
 
I diligently followed the recuperation plan, and continue to do so. I ended the 6 week chart on 1. I am off any painkillers. I am however, still being very careful. I am swimming and walking. I will be arranging physio tomorrow.
 
Warmest wishes to you both. You probably can't imagine how I feel at the moment...........but it is very very good. Words can't describe it.
