Symptoms
- Constant knawing pain gradually increasing in intensity. Associated change in general health, lassitude, weight loss.
- Increasing back pain usually mid-thoracic spine for some weeks with sudden increment in pain. In most cases there are preceding symptoms of underlying osteoporosis assessed by Dexa / CT scan.
