The 500 Club Lottery
Support the Spinal Foundation
By playing the 500 club lottery for just £5 per month.
The Spinal Foundation, established in 1994 has now successfully treated some 8,000 patients, the majority of whom suffered with chronic and debilitating spinal pain. Not only can we get young fit workers, sports people and entertainers back to work but we can also help the older and infirm patients to gain an improved quality of life. We desperately need funding to help us evaluate the really long term benefits of our techniques upon back pain, sciatica, neck and arm pain.
We would like you to consider supporting us by joining our 500 Club. This is a monthly lottery, and for just £5 each month you’ll have the chance of winning one of 3 Cash Prizes:
- 1st Prize of £50
- 2nd Prize of £30
- 3rd Prize of £15
These prize amounts will increase as membership increases. Winners will be randomly selected on the first day of each month.

Please find below brief instructions regarding the 500 club:
- The £5 subscription fee is deducted automatically each month via Standing Order. (A collection service is offered for local businesses).
- You can pay by Cheque for 6 months or 12 months
- Prizes shown above are the amounts as they currently stand - these prizes will increase as membership grows!
- Winners will be randomly selected on the first day of each month and notified
- You must be 16 or over to participate.
- Your name will be placed in our Christmas draw each year as long as you have been in the lottery for 6 months or more for a prize of £500
